We do not underwrite loans, set interest rates, determine loan eligibility, or fund loans. Any loan offer you receive comes directly from a third-party lender, and you are under no obligation to accept any offer.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Rates

Submitting an application through FundMatch does not guarantee:

• That you will be matched with any lender
• That you will receive a loan offer
• Any specific interest rate, loan amount, or terms
• Approval for any financial product

Loan approval, terms, and rates are determined entirely by the lending partner based on their own underwriting criteria. FundMatch has no control over or responsibility for these decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using FundMatch, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a legal resident of the United States
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
• You will not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• You understand that your information will be shared with third-party lending partners

5. Third-Party Lending Partners

FundMatch works with a network of third-party lending partners. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, or representations made by these partners. Your interactions with lending partners, including any loan agreements, are solely between you and the lender. We encourage you to carefully review all terms and conditions before accepting any loan offer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundMatch and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made by lending partners regarding your application
• The terms of any loan you receive through a lending partner
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal data
• Any errors or omissions in the information provided by lending partners

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the FundMatch website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FundMatch or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
