By submitting your application on FundMatch, you provide your express written consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from FundMatch and its network of lending partners at the phone number and email address you provided, including communications sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or prerecorded/artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
1. Consent to Contact
By clicking "Submit" on the FundMatch application form, you expressly consent to the following:
- Phone calls: You consent to receive telephone calls from FundMatch and its lending partners, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS/autodialer) and/or prerecorded or artificial voice messages, at the telephone number you provided on the application.
- Text messages (SMS/MMS): You consent to receive text messages from FundMatch and its lending partners at the phone number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Emails: You consent to receive email communications from FundMatch and its lending partners at the email address you provided, including marketing and promotional content related to financial products and services.
2. Purpose of Communications
Communications you receive may relate to:
- Your loan application and matching status
- Loan offers and financial product information from lending partners
- Requests for additional information needed to process your application
- Follow-up regarding offers you may have received
- Marketing and promotional offers from FundMatch and its partners
3. Consent Is Not Required for Purchase
Your consent to receive autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, and text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or loan products. You may still submit an inquiry or be connected with lenders even if you do not provide TCPA consent, though our ability to communicate with you may be limited.
4. Who May Contact You
By providing consent, you authorize the following parties to contact you:
- FundMatch — regarding your application status, service updates, and related offers
- Lending partners — third-party lenders, lending networks, and financial institutions in our partner network who may offer you loan products
- Service providers — companies acting on behalf of FundMatch or its lending partners to facilitate communications
5. How to Opt Out
You may revoke your consent at any time using the following methods:
Text Messages
Reply STOP to any text message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at optout@tryfundmatch.com.
Phone Calls
Request to be placed on our do-not-call list during any phone call, or email us at optout@tryfundmatch.com with your phone number.
Please note: If you opt out, FundMatch will cease communications promptly. However, lending partners who have already received your information may continue to contact you under their own privacy policies. You will need to opt out directly with each lending partner separately.
6. Text Message Details
- Message frequency: Varies based on your application status and matching activity
- Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply
- Carriers supported: All major US carriers are supported

7. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
This consent is provided in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable FCC regulations. By providing your consent, you acknowledge that you may receive calls and texts at the number provided, including to any wireless number, using automated technology. You confirm that the phone number provided is your own and that you are authorized to provide consent for communications to that number.
8. Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this TCPA Consent & Communication Disclosure from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosure.
